Our orders are shipped by a courier service. DHL EXPRESS & UPS EXPRESS (globally), or DPD (UK only).

We ship same (working*) day for all orders placed before 2pm. UK shipping is on a next (working*) day delivery service.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES - All USA Import Duties & Tax are included at checkout. No extra charges at delivery.

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to take the delivery a calling card will be left for you to directly re-arrange a re-delivery with the courier at your convenience.

Kindly note during Sale periods our quoted delivery period may be extended.

Orders to be placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. If placed on a Friday the next working day will be Monday. Please note that DPD do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.

We do hope you are delighted with your order. However if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. When processing a return, we’ll refund your purchase price minus the return shipping cost.

We do not offer Returns on Swimwear.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item received is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased from another seller. 

Exchanges

We do not exchange items for another size or item. Please place another order for the new size/item you require. Once the returned item has been received we will issue a refund.
